1. Project Information

Client provides:

• Floor plan with dimensions

• Inspiration images or mood board

• Material/finish selections if already selected

• Any specific furniture, fixtures, or cabinetry requirements

 

2. 3D Modeling

I create the 3D model based on the provided floor plan and design direction.

 

3. 3D Model Review

We review the basic 3D model to confirm the layout, furniture placement, and overall direction before moving into the final rendering process.

 

4. Renderings & Elevations

I create multiple realistic views of the space along with 2D casework elevations, where applicable.

 

5. Client Review

The completed renderings are reviewed with the client to discuss any desired changes before finalizing the project.

 

6. Final Deliverables

Final renderings and elevations are updated and delivered to the client.
